In-stock pieces typically ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces require additional production time and are generally ready to ship within 1–2 weeks.
Domestic Shipping
Ilene Joy offers complimentary fully insured domestic shipping on all domestic orders.
All shipments are fully insured and may require an adult signature upon delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Rush Orders
For extremely time-sensitive orders, please contact the atelier as soon as possible. Ilene Joy is often able to accommodate rush requests, and we will always do our very best to meet your desired timing.
Rush availability depends on the piece, materials, stone sourcing, and production schedule.
White-Glove Delivery
White-glove delivery is available in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

International Shipping
Ilene Joy accepts international orders through the website, as well as directly through the atelier by email or phone.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery timing may vary depending on customs processing. Ilene Joy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier interruptions, or local import procedures.
Handmade Pieces
Every Ilene Joy piece is handcrafted in Los Angeles by our master jeweler and highly skilled artisans.
Collection pieces are made to Ilene Joy’s specifications with careful attention to proportion, stone matching, finish, and consistency. Made-to-order pieces are created with the same standards as in-stock pieces, while custom and one-of-a-kind designs are developed individually.
Every jewel is reviewed before it leaves the atelier to ensure it reflects the design, quality, and finish of Ilene Joy.
Returns
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
Eligible in-stock, non-custom pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment, provided the piece is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with our authenticity tag and seal intact.
Made-to-order standard collection pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit, provided the piece is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with our authenticity tag and seal intact.

All returns are subject to inspection before approval. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or removal of our authenticity tag and seal cannot be accepted. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.
Domestic Return Process
To request a return, please email atelier@ilenejoy.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a fully insured return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed. Refunds are issued after inspection; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
International Return Process
Eligible international orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same return eligibility requirements above.
International clients are responsible for insured return shipping, duties, taxes, customs documentation, brokerage fees, and any related import or export charges. Original duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and shipping charges are not refundable by Ilene Joy.
The atelier will provide return instructions for approved international returns and will help ensure the package is properly marked as a return to reduce the risk of duplicate customs charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed according to the eligibility of the item.
