For all New York City based clients, we offer personal white glove delivery service to your door.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Ilene joy offers next day complimentary shipping for all domestic orders. To protect your jewelry package, all orders are insured via our secondary jewelry insurance shipping provider, G4Si.

Sales tax is charged to orders shipped within New York only, at the local tax rate. Orders shipped domestically outside of New York are exempt from sales tax. For any questions, please email us domestic shipping .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to ship internationally, however, the product selection is tailored to abide by restrictions in place per individual country. To place an international order, please contact us by email international shipping. We will be sure to reply within 24 hours.

DELIVERY TIME

All one of a kind jewelry will ship out the next business day after order is received. Please note, because all other jewels are handmade to order, all other pieces will require 1-4 weeks for production time before delivery. Each individual product page will include a more specific estimate of production time.

HANDMADE & ONE OF A KIND STATEMENT

Every piece of Ilene Joy Jewelry is patiently and lovingly handcrafted by a small and tightly-knit team of artisans locally in LA. Each stone is hand selected by Ilene and no two stones are exactly alike. For this reason, please expect slight variances which add to the artistic charm and uniqueness of your IJ treasure.

If for any reason you would like to return your purchase not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on non-custom items for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Items sent back after the 14 day period are excepted for exchange or store credit only. Only unworn goods in their original condition are eligible for return and all merchandise requires the authenticity seal intact in order to be accepted. Custom orders are final sale, refunds and exchanges are not applicable.

To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Refunds will be credited to the original card used to purchase the order

Return Process for Domestic Orders
  1. Send an e-mail to Returns to request your pre-paid shipping label.
  2. Put your jewelry back in a shipping box along with your invoice. Jewelry must be kept in the original packaging.
  3. Stick your prepaid label on the box.
  4. Get your packaged box to FedEx. Visit https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/dropbox.html for locations.
  5. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 48 hours
Returns Process for International Orders

We aren’t able to issue pre-paid return labels to our international customers at this time. We will help you process a return, and get you a refund as soon as your jewelry returns to our New York City workshop!
  1. Send an e-mail to International Support.
  2. Within 24 hours, our concierge team will email you confirming your return and provide further instructions.
  3. When filling out the Commercial Invoice for your return package, please mark the package as a Return to avoid customs charges.
  4. Seal the box and return it to us! Please save your tracking number in the event you need to track your package.
  5. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
