An oval-link chain built on Ilene Joy’s signature hinged construction. Each oval link is individually hinged to the next, so the chain articulates and moves as one fluid piece — lying smooth and flat to the body with a liquid, ribbon-like drape. The hinging is what gives the necklace its weight, its seamless line, and its movement, and it is what lets the piece carry charms and a Magic Middle without kinking or twisting.
