LOS ANGELES DELIVERY

For clients in the Los Angeles area, we offer personal white-glove delivery to your door. To arrange white-glove delivery, or for special delivery, same-day, or rush requests, please email atelier@ilenejoy.com after placing your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Ilene Joy offers complimentary, fully insured domestic shipping on all domestic orders. All shipments are fully insured and may require an adult signature upon delivery. To protect your jewelry package, all orders are insured via our secondary jewelry insurance shipping provider, G4Si. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout as required by law, based on your shipping destination. For any questions, please email atelier@ilenejoy.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Ilene Joy accepts international orders through the website, as well as directly through the atelier by email. For international assistance, please email atelier@ilenejoy.com.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery timing may vary depending on customs processing. Ilene Joy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier interruptions, or local import procedures.

DELIVERY TIME

In-stock pieces typically ship within 2–5 business days. Custom creations require additional production time and are generally ready to ship within 2–4 weeks. Each product page notes any piece-specific timing.

For extremely time-sensitive orders, please contact the atelier as soon as possible at atelier@ilenejoy.com. Ilene Joy is often able to accommodate rush requests, and we will always do our very best to meet your desired timing. Rush availability depends on the piece, materials, stone sourcing, and production schedule.
