    Choose your chain.

    Pick the link (Petite, Standard or Jumbo), 14K or 18K gold in yellow, rose or white, and the length or wrist size.

    Add charms, then place them.

    Tap a charm or medallion to add it, then drag it along the chain to where you want it. Tap it again on the piece to change its size or metal.

Before you design

What sizes can I choose?

Necklaces come in 16″, 20″ and 24″. Bracelets come in four wrist sizes: Small (6″–6.5″), Medium (6.5″–7″), Large (7″–7.5″) and X-Large (7.5″–8″). Every chain comes in three link weights: Petite (fine and delicate), Standard (the everyday weight) and Jumbo (bold, statement links). Not sure of your size? The atelier can help.

Which golds can I choose?

Every chain comes in yellow, rose or white gold. Charms follow your chain’s color, and you can change any one of them: tap it on the piece to set its metal or size.

14K or 18K?

Chains come in 14K or 18K gold, and each charm can be 14K or 18K on its own. The price updates as you switch. How to choose your gold.

How long does it take?

Each piece is made to order at our Los Angeles bench and is ready in 2–4 weeks. Shipping within the US is complimentary and fully insured. Need it by a certain date? Contact the atelier: rush requests can often be accommodated.

What is the Magic Middle?

The connector ring at the drop of the chain that charms and a lariat thread through. On necklaces it comes with Standard and Jumbo links; Petite stays a pure charm chain.

Can I return it?

Each design is a custom piece, made for you, so it is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. A custom order may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. See the refund policy.

Can someone help me design it?

Yes. In the builder you can leave a note for the goldsmith (engraving, charm placement, anything we should know) or request a callback. For a private appointment in Los Angeles or a Zoom consultation, contact the atelier.
